I worked on the Atriox Brute while at PIXOMONDO. There was a big issue where they had the scar on the wrong side and wanted to switch the geo (and vertex count) to be mirrored. So they inverted the geo on the X-axis, inverted the normals, and voila! The geo is now correct, but the skinning was all inverted, too, now... so! I came up with a script to disconnect the joints from the controls, and reconnect them with their counterparts! It kept the same skinning, which I cleaned up a bit, around the lips and eyes. And crisis avoided!
